chicken

The chicken is a domesticated animal, and it is one of the poultry birds, with short wings and tail, the male of which is called a rooster. Chickens are among the most popular and widespread of pets, with a total chicken population of 23.7 billion as of 2018. Up from over 19 billion in 2011. There are more chickens in the world than any other bird. Humans keep chickens primarily as a source of food (meat and eggs), and less commonly as pets. Chickens were originally bred for cockfighting or for special ceremonies, and it was not until the Hellenistic period (between the fourth and second centuries BC) that chickens were raised for food.

Egg incubation:

Chicken is one of the animals that reproduce with eggs, and the hen rests on the eggs until they hatch twenty-one days, or less or more a day. During the incubation, the hen maintains an appropriate temperature and humidity for the eggs to hatch. In the context of intensive production, farmers use incubators that maintain a temperature within 37°C and the appropriate humidity to produce commercial quantities of chicks or chicks.

Chicken benefits:

Chicken contains selenium and essential minerals that contribute to metabolic performance. It is good for the thyroid gland and metabolism. In addition, it contains vitamin B6, which maintains healthy blood vessels, high energy levels, metabolism and burning calories, which will help you maintain a healthy weight.
